Recurring on every paying customer you refer. Pro tier (£39/mo) means £9.75/mo per customer — every month for a year.

Twelve full months from each customer's signup date — not their lifetime, but long enough to matter.

60 days
If someone clicks your link and signs up any time in the next 60 days, you get credit. Generous on purpose.

Paid monthly via Stripe Connect or Wise. £50 minimum payout. No clawbacks on customers who churn after their first paid month.

"What does this actually pay if I send a few customers a month?"
You refer 5 sellers per month who sign up for the Pro plan (£39/mo).
After month 1, you're earning £48.75 in monthly recurring commission.
After month 6, you're earning £292.50/mo from those 30 customers.
After month 12, you're earning £585/mo while old customers start rolling off.
Year one total payout: £3,802
From 60 referred customers, assuming standard 80% month-2 retention.

Common Questions

The things people always ask before applying.

What happens after the 12 months on each customer?

Commission stops after month 12 on that specific customer — but if they upgrade within the 12 months, your commission continues on the new higher amount. New customers you refer reset the 12-month clock independently.

Do you offer higher commissions for high-volume partners?

We're being deliberately uncomplicated in year one. If you're sending serious volume after six months and a tier upgrade makes sense, we'll have a conversation. We'd rather pay one rate well than promise complicated tiers that nobody hits.

Is there a "founding partner" tier?

Yes — for our first handful of partners we're offering 35% for 24 months plus custom co-marketing. This isn't something to apply for; we reach out to a small number of creators we've identified as ideal partners. If that's you, you'll hear from us.

Can I bid on "Seller Matrix" on Google Ads?

No. This is the single fastest way to get removed from the programme. Brand-name bidding cannibalises our own traffic and costs us money on customers who would have found us anyway. It's not worth it for either of us.

What if a customer churns in their first month?

Commission starts after the first paid month. So a 14-day trial conversion that immediately cancels doesn't earn or cost anyone anything. Past month one, no clawbacks.

How do I get paid?

Stripe Connect for most countries, Wise for the rest. £50 minimum payout, balances carry forward. We pay on the 1st of the month for the prior month's commission.

What about customer referrals from existing users?

Separate programme. Existing paying customers can refer other sellers and both get a free month — that doesn't run through the affiliate scheme. If you're a paying customer AND an affiliate, you can use either, not both, for the same referral.
